After all the talk and planning that went into this variety talk radio show, I should have known the first episode would be about bathroom etiquette. Outstanding show guys, for those 27 minutes 26 seconds I felt like I was in the car on the way to Wendy's after a jam at "thug's mansion". Make more.
ReplyDeleteNice work! I have to say that a podcast that can be frank and funny at the same time without seeming obnoxious or forced is a rarity these days. I liked the informal atmosphere. Also, I loved all the amusing personal experiences related to farting, crapping, and other amusingly scatological things. There's just something juvenile and fun about it that kept me listening intently for the whole time. In the interest of full disclosure, I am easily entertained, but still, it was pretty damn fun. Stuff like that will definitely keep me listening in the future.
ReplyDeleteI listened to the second podcast but didn't like it as much. I know you're sort of testing the waters with the general show format, but debate definitely ranks lower on my imaginary "stuff I want to listen to" list than humorous personal experiences. I just stop listening when arguments get too heated and seem to be getting sort of derailed by hypotheticals.
The audio was great, but there should probably be some more editing to take care of some of the places where the voices run over each other. It doesn't have to be totally sterilized, but sometimes it was kind of tough to follow along when one person and another person were talking at the same time.
Can't wait for number three!
